GROUP HOMES

Families may use HCS for a group home staffed and managed by The Village Centers. We currently manage two group homes, The Village at Skylark and The Village at Rising Hills. Each home provides supervised living program with onsite staff to assist and guide the residents with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and care, healthy eating, and exercise. The residents, working with staff, cook together, participate in social activities, and enjoy the opportunity to live independently. Transportation to our day program, vocational program, shopping, and work is provided.
